[simpits-tech] to MARV

[Marv De Beque]

There are many ways to interface this base.  EPIC, PC Game Port, or use the
Cougar base if you want.  The latter is probably better since you can still
use the Cougar's software.

That will be my first interface, but they really are all the same.
