Seriously, I'm very interested in motion cueing. Are you flying Falcon4?
It has an excellent interface system for getting the data for this stuff.
Erwin Neyt has great information at his website:

with the code a bit and would be glad to share the little bit I know.
Have you looked into the controls methodology for motion platforms? It
takes some serious code to do it well- matrix algebra and other fancy math.
I could dig up the literature I've collected if you're interested.

HI guys my name is Dave Scott, I've just joined simpits. i am in the
process of building an f16 pit, i live in the UK and was a toolmaker for 20
years making parts for formula one cars , i am now working as an Electro /
mechanical engineer.that's enough boring stuff, the pit will mounted on a
motion platform controlled in pitch,roll and yaw ,so you may well be getting
requests for help regarding programming the epic side of things.
