Well, sort of... I have been giving some thought to getting hold, at =
some point in the future, of an old Transit or similar van with a high =
top which I could pretty much gut and use as the basis for a pit since =
it would save on space... display would be a problem though.
I was thinking along the same lines as you... I could basically have a =
wooden bulkhead some distance behind the front seats to provide a =
cockpit area (after ripping out the dash, steering wheel etc <G>) and =
put all the electronicky bits in the back along with the instructor's =
station. Solves at a stroke the whole problem of a physical structure to =
mount panels on... but I'm not sure how I would do the front display =
system. Something to give some thought to :-).
