Wouldn't be a first.   The USAF had a B-52 flight simulator (IFR only)
that consisted of 4 rail cars that went from base to base for training.
They've got it at the museum at Fairchild AFB now.  (Blew me away -
they've got a B-52 as a *gate guard*)
