Not really.  My problem is that I've got environmental sound, avionics
sounds (OWS, etc), voice comms, etc.  I may not end up using 5 cards in
the end, but it's going to be complex regardless.  I also have to mix a
400Hz sample to the Mic input to get the correct audio sound for voice
comms.

I'm currently using a 3M 4000 lumen overhead projector with an 800x600 LCD
projector panel.  When I'm done, it'll be three of them with 1024x768
panels.

BTW, rear projection really is the way to go.  You can keep the screen
close to you face and get a huge image by moving the projector farther
back.
