They have a touch-screen system for ?130, don't know if it is what you are
looking for, but maybe worth further investigation.

I've been looking at touch screens... price tag is around 750 UKP
for a dedicated monitor, or 300 UKP for the resistive add-on type.

Has anyone found a more affordable solution?
