<div>Having a direct link from the motor to the harness is not a=
good idea, methinks.&nbsp; Remember, these are kids, and if your=
 contraption hurt's 'em, you're liable.&nbsp; Be careful is all=
 I'm saying - I wouldn't touch this with a ten foot pole,=
 myself.<br></div>
<div>&nbsp;</div>
<div>But if you want to go forward, what you want is something=
that limits the amount of end tension, be it by spring or by a=
counterweight.&nbsp; Then use your motor to alter the geometry=
of your mechanical doodad, or to relocate the weight.&nbsp; That=
way you'll disassociate the weight / spring tension, your=
G-force, from the strength of your motor.&nbsp; It will probably=
also give you a better way of controlling max G, which may be=
important for the smaller dudes / dudettes, and would allow you=
to use a fairly strong motor, good for reliability and=
 functionality.<br></div>
<div>&nbsp;</div>
<div>Offered as a design philosophy only.<br></div>
