Two keyboards is *easy*, one PS2, one USB... or two USB, or three 
USB.....  You can do the same with mouses..meeses?  But in a "race" between 
PS2 and USB mouse, the USB always wins...

A VGA splitter cable is ok, but you loose quite a bit of brightness and 
sharpness from the displays.  I would go for a powered splitter (which I'm 
trying to find as well).
