Frank,
If you can't see letter when nolight Why you don't try to use some light
source (IE. white color LED)
put in the side area of LCD panel. I used to try this in my LCD panel but
it just a small LCD (20 Chars 4 lines).
It 's OK.

Hi all !
I'm in the process with my MFD panels, and i have made
it of 4mm black plastic i have placed a 5" LCD in it about
3 cm behind the front and i want to cover it on the front
with some transperant film that do not lower the quality of
the LCD but at the same time when there is no light, it
is impossible to se the LCDbehind the film...
What film too use ????
(sorry about the english, it can be hard to explain)
