Hey Jay.. no need for programming.
download the tools from Erwin's site (www.eagle9.nl) and install the 
F4DM-Server on the machine you're running Falcon, and F4DM-client and 
F4Glass on the "Instrument" machine.
You can place the instruments of F4Glass anywhere you like at the desktop.
