Marc, I did a search for "flight simulator -microsoft -game"  It kicked
back about 400 hits and 4 of them were flight sim cockpits, not including
the crack-smoker that thinks someone is is going to cough up $15k for a
home-built shuttle cockpit that's woefully inaccurate.
