I noticed the world engine stuff too, I used to have some gear made by
them but felt that the servos were always second rate and sloppy
compared to Kraft or the other big name at the time I think started with
a "L", can't remember the name.  The later made a branded radio for
"Hobby Lobby" that was a great gear for the price at the time ('74-'76)
Was it EK Logitrol? Something like that anyway.

World Engines used to make a pretty good low-cost product.  I don't even
think they're building gear anymore.
