[simpits-tech] Scanned Drawings Update

Here is one of many Drawings im working on for the
list. This is the view that shows the center placement
and radius for the throttle quadrant.
 I'm going to replace the dims with Inch/MM. I don't
have a complete set of drawings, but I believe I can
get all the angles of the side panels.
 As you can see the drawings are copies of copies so
it will take a bit.

Another thing I am doing is importing the drawing into
Acad and scaling them so I can trace certain parts.
