Nope - as it is scanned, row 'a' is driven, and a positive result is
received on column '2'.  Ergo, 'a2'.

row 'b' is driven next, positive results are seen on columns '1' and '2'.
So, 'b1', 'b2'.

The catch is that every switch needs a diode on it, with the row->anode,
column->cathode.
