[simpits-tech] OT: Mail out of order

As I understand it, this is actually a _feature_, which in case of
Global Thermonuc-u-lar Unpleasantness guarantees the SimPits list can
route our critically important emails around damaged (vaporized)
nodes, thus sustaining Civilization As We Know It(tm).
