[simpits-tech] Emails out of order?

I'm having a bit of a problem with the mail coming from the list, quite 
often it is completely out of order. I will get people's replies to messages 
far before I get the original message. Is anyone else experiencing this, or 
is it yet another "Feature" of my hotmail account?
