I think that there might still be one in Sydney
(Australia) at Darling Harbour. It came out here for a
tour and they didn't have enough money to get it back.

I went on a tour through it and was quite dissapointed
at the lack of technical details on offer. The one
thing that suprised me was the fragile nature of its
heat resistant tiles - they were as soft as
polystyrene foam.
