A replacement 4 way for the F22 PRO should do the trick. Found some info
here.

http://thrustmaster.vanree.net/parts.html

"All the buttons work using standard Omron switches type B3F With the FCS
you can simply pull off the buttons... should you loose one, take off
another and go to a friend who has a lathe. Only critical dimension is the
inner hole, should be 3/16 inch or 4.75 mm.
Should the hat break... no solution yet, best bet is to buy a new cheap
TopGun stick... the FCS, Top Gun and X-Fighter have the same hat, so check
out the bargain bins. You'll even end up with some spare pots and other
parts ;-) However, should only one of the contacts fail you this MIGHT
work... (not tested yet!)
The hat switch is a small box with a top glued/melted on. Carefully cut at
the separation line to break the glue and/or weld. After you take off the
top and take out the dish there are 4 microswitches 6*6 mm. You might try
replacing them with the Omron type B3S / B3W 6*6 mm "

HOPE THIS HELPS

Does anyone know where I can get a 4-way taggle switch that moves in two
axes? I'm looking for one to replicate those on the Falcon ICP. I'm not even
sure I have the description of such a switch correct because an internet
search for that just brings up wall switches. Thanks!
  David
