[simpits-tech] Can't no longer calibrate my Suncom hotas

After a pc upgrade, I can't no longer calibrate properly my hotas.
Throttle, pedals work fine but the joystick keep pulling to the left .
It's a game port setup connected to on board sound
So what could cause that?
