I could do either or both.  The handle is a little more complex since it has
a trigger on it.  So it would be about 6 parts in all.  Cost would be
higher.

Incidentally, not shown in the picture is a small hole in the bottom.  It
allows the REMOVE BEFORE FLIGHT T handle ball lock to lock in place when the
T handle is inserted.

I only have one of these flags, so I am banking on them having the ball lock
at a uniform spot.  When you slide the T handle in, it locks until you push
the center button on the T handle and then it pulls out.
