Hi Ben
an easy way to buy xplane in Australia is from
PCAviator in Victoria. They've got a website at: 
http://www.pcaviator.com.au . 
I've bought quite a bit of gear from them over the net
and have never had a problem.

If you're about to order xplane and scenery you want
to make sure that they have the latest version. The
scenery is undergoing major revisions at the moment
and you don't want to have to download several Gig to
get decent stuff. I'm not sure of the exact version
numbers as I'm still running version 5.
