[simpits-tech] First email?

Everyone from yahoo was auto-subscribed to the simpits-tech list.  Joining
the _new_ simpits-chat list must be done by each person that wants on it.

The system shouldn't send two copies - it should be smart enough to skip
subbing you if you're already set up.
