I have had the chance to fly in a particular aircraft as a passenger which required me to wear a G-Suit , i cant give you any exact figures for pressure , and inflation times
( because i dont know them ! ) but might be able to ask some of my airforce mates

but as i was walking to the aircraft my instructor for a flight said "grab the Green Gesus tube hanging out of your hip and blow into it" ,, so i did and ouch , i only required about 3 breaths to semi inflate it to a point that walking was getting really dificult, i thought that was bad untill in the air i did a roll the instructor took over in the inverted position and reafed the stick back ..... i dont know howmany g's we pulled but i semi-blacked out at 5.2 g i had no situational awareness for about 15 seconds , the only thing i could rember was the pressure applied to my gut and upperlegs was unbelievable , but then i am only skin and bones

hope this helps

BEN

- What's the maximum volume of air that's blown into the G-Suit (preferably
in Litres, but i can convert if necessary ;-)
- What's the maximum pressure (I have been told 1Psi but don't know how
reliable that info is)
- At what G-load does the G-Suit Kick in?
