Attachments on the new list are allowed, as long as the attachment &
message don't exceed 40k.  If you have something you want everyone to
get/see, go to http://www.simpits.org/fileproc/upload.php and upload
it.  It can be viewed/downloaded at
http://www.simpits.org/fileproc/allfiles.php
