Hi Ido,
The ALU plates should be 1.6mm thick and the drilled hole 6.5mm in
diameter. A link to the DZUS PDF is below for clarification (go to
page 71 & 72). It describes 100deg countersink and the tools
required to do the job. The tools could be easily made.
