I grabbed a couple of Logitech Wingman joysticks, each has 3 pots in it
(pitch, roll and throttle) which you can connect to regular 100k pots
attached to your funky embraer column. You can also link the connections
to the Logitech buttons to any switches on the embraer column.

Its Easy - honest!!!
