Yes it is, too bad I can't say the same about
Marseille. I had to go there with my mom constantly
for decent electronics and such but you always had to
make double sure that you had the car locked safely
and the gas capped locked too. I actualy caught some
punk syphoning our gas once... Shows you that France
has all these nice places but if you need something
one way or the other you will end up passing through a
bad place. for all those thinking bout taking a trip
to marsielle. I recomend you not only remember to lock
your doors when your not in the car but ALSO when you
are, otherwise people will form a baricade with there
scooters and they will take not only whats in your
trunk but if you are a woman, they will take your
purse which unfourtunatly they KNOW that you'll keep
it by your legs.....
