The J-41, like most aircraft, divides its power into several power buses.
The J-41 has 11, the Boeing 737 has 27.

The buses are generally divided into left or right side and include:

Left and Right Essential buses
Left and Right Emergency Buses
Left and Right non-essential buses
battery bus
110v AC buses
etc etc

Each side has a power distribution unit (PDU) which monitors the buses and
should one bus lose power, it will bridge this to another bus.
