Roy, how bout testing other black surfaces to mill thru, maybe formica, or
vinyl , like they make stickers for signs from.
Formica may be a bit thick though, maybe Gelcoat.

I like the results from the ole transparency printed method, but is really a
matter of taste I think, the panels from Peter do look nice.

Gene, haven't heard much about your CNC for awhile , you get anything done
with it, or has it went to the back burner?
