[simpits-chat] definition requested

Does any one out there know the definition of the word "Disinsection"? It is
used by Boeing, I just can't figure out what for. Gene and I have been going
round and round on this one for most of a week. Gene says that if it ever
shows up in a game of scrabble it won't count. What do you think?
