I've yet to find a 'good' web tool. The worst of the bunch seems to be
FrontPage which produces wonderfully useful things like:

<p><font face="arial, helvetica, sans-serif size="2" color="black"></p>

Loads of redundant crap - everywhere.


I prefer to do it by hand.  <fnarr fnarrr>
