[simpits-chat] mod_hosts_access (was: Website problems...)

Gene,

I downloaded and unpacked the module (
http://www.klomp.org/mod_hosts_access/ ), but I can not make heads or tails
of the instructions.

I think you could call me "semi-knowledgeable" in configuring and using
Apache, meaning I managed to set up my website, and can make simple
alterations to the config file (I even set up a couple of virtual hosts).
But this is way beyond my knowledge.

My question is simple really - how do I make this thing work?...

I am running Apache 2.0.39 on a WinXP computer btw.
