[GEM Development] Which Video Chipset IS the Dis'ted One?

[ Second attempt. Orig'l. sent Oct. 20th. I had not been getting my 
msg.s sent back. So I don't know IF it "went out". Changed a few 
settings today and hoping I'll see my msg.s, once again as I did years ago.

Some (quite a number of) years back, I remember you wrote about a chip 
maker's drivers for GEM being ?discombobulated? on their diskettes. [The 
word between question marks almost certainly was different but, just as 
'nice', not vulgar.] I am, as I said, going through my old ISA video 
cards and their (often) accompanying driver diskettes prior to gifting 
them to VCF-MW, RSN. I don't remember which one(s?) you had had trouble 
with. So I thought I'd ask.



I do remember I was hanging onto them to try and 'pry out' the GEM 
driver files from it for us.
