Some useful searches for finding GEM-related files:

Search for 'CGA' 'EGA' or 'VGA' in extension, format EXE gets you a few 
GEM driver packages, including one for the Sigma Designs Color 400 that 
I wasn't previously aware of.

Search for 'APP' or 'ACC' in extension, format EXE turns up 1STGUIDE.APP 
which appears to be some sort of hypertext help viewer.

One quirk of whatever transformation process they've used is that 
Windows FNT-format fonts are reported as "GEM Bitmap Font", which they 
are not.
