[GEM Development] Suddenly, list traffic!

The unexpected flood of year+ old posts is due to me finally having the 
time to chase down why the mailing lists I host were broken.

An OS update quietly moved a configuration file on me and all the lists 
fell over.  It took some research to discover the problem, but it should 
all be fixed now.

My apologies for the hassle!
