The major differences seem to be about internationalisation support - 
2.02 hardcodes US date / time formats, while 2.11 bases what it does on 
the results of INT 21h/AX=3800h. I'm not sure why that should cause a 
problem, though, unless there's a buffer getting overrun somewhere.
