  If you download the zip files, it seems that Samplevision for DOS ran on
top of GEM/2.1. It also has the GEM/2.2 VGA drivers (SDPSC7.SYS / SDPSM7.SYS)
which weren't around on the Net last time I looked; so I've updated my 
reverse-engineered GEM/2.2 driver source based on what I found. Not a lot
of surprises, though the mouse driver appears to be an earlier version 
than in all the other GEM/2.2 drivers.
