[GEM Development] OS-Tans

  The OS-tan phenomenon, as I understand it, involves drawing cute female
personifications of operating systems. As far as I can tell no-one's 
drawn GEM-tan yet, though there are references to her in other places, such
as: <http://ostan-collections.net/wiki/DR-DOS>

  If someone does draw her, I think she ought to have a bowtie as a homage to
the Close button.
