No worries.  That's cool.

Speaking of bad days, does anyone here know anything about configuring
Debian?  I have a friend who's doing a PhD in robotics in Japan.  She
was trying to use FreeDOS to power her project, but it was not working
out.  Obviously so, as she's doing a movement/video combination.  I
suggested checking out Linux, and she has started to adopt it...but
there are niggling basic configuration errors preventing her getting her
PC working properly.  I'm an idiot with Debian, being a Ubuntu "let's
stick in a CD and reboot and then go home" kinda guy.
