[GEM Development] version of opengem for easy use for windows users

hi,

i know that opengem runs with dosbox on m$ windows xp, and i thought
that it would be a good idea to have a version that installs on
windows, and just works and automatically runs opengem. i would be
happy to package such software, and can remember having a go at it
about 6 months ago - but never got round to finishing it. but before i
bother doing so, should i bother doing it, or is there something that
already excists?, before i package 'OpenGem for Windows' - i would try
and keep as up to date as possible with the most current version of
OpenGem (have to admitt i've been far too busy recently to play around
with it!) - but i want to learn more about it still.
