Dear Shane et Al.:

Earlier this evening, I ran Norton AV vn. 5 from 1999
(and while I'm writing this getting the updates for
it) on my Win99 system. It says that the CHESS.APP is
indected with a virus. Here's the report it gave me:

The time in-between was spent at the Parrish Men's
Club meetting. (The Pizza was, as usual, very good.)

Does anyone else show this to be the case? Has anyone
heard of this virus, before? Could it be a *false*
alarm -due for example to the nature of a GEM app.?

Sincerely,

Thomas Clayton
