I downloaded it again later and it worked fine. It makes no
difference with the missing metafiles in certain programs.

However, as for the freezing up problems, I found out what was
causing them. Apparently it was Creative's Plug-n-Play tools for
PnP SoundBlasters not being compatible with OpenGEM R4. EMM386
also works now with OpenGEM when CTCM.EXE is turned off.

Does anyone know of any good Plug-n-Play tools for DOS, so I can
get my SoundBlaster AWE64 working again?
