[GEM Development] GEMini Release 2 to be made available online from the 19th of May 2004

Dear GEM people

On the 19th of May the second generation of GEMini will be released.  GEMini
is a cut-down version of OpenGEM, and is intended to act as a small,
powerful and easy to use file manager.

The main improvement of GEMini Release 2 over the first generation of the
software is in size.  The total installed package will be reduced from 580kb
when installed to just 400kb.
