[GEM Development] Legal status of GEM Apps

I wanna know what is the legal status of GEM apps that can be
downloaded from Deltasoft (GEM Draw, Paint, WordPlus, Publisher...),
and all GEM versions (GEM Desktop 1.1, 2.0, 3.11...)
I know that Caldera has released GEM Desktop 3.0 as open source under
GPL license, and we can share it under that license. But, what about
GEM Desktop 3.13, or 2.0, or GEM Graph? Could i distribute GEM Desktop
3.13 with Elliot's Desktop 3.2 and some apps (GEM Paint, Basic2,
Draw...) without any legal problem?
I've translated into Spanish a modified version of Desktop 3.0 and
AES, and i'd like to distribute it with GEMVDI 3.13 (becouse of
compatibility with Artline 1.1 and other apps), and other 3.13 stuff,
like OUTPUT. I've also translated some apps (GEM Paint, Draw, Basic2
and WordPlus), and i'd like to distribute them with my modified GEM
Desktop, but i don't know if it will be legal or not, or what license
i must include in the distribution. If i include GPL license will it
be enough?
Thanks.
