[GEM Development] OpenGEM Release 3 proves to be quite popular (and a sneak preview)

Hello all

A little bit of news from my lair in Japan...(where I have finally got the 
internet)

OpenGEM Release 3 has proven to be quite successful.  Here are the download 
stats since the release of the new version:

DEC 500
NOV 792
OCT 933
SEP 894
AUG 873

A total of 3992 downloads.  A respectable figure I think.  And only six bug 
reports.  Not too bad...

Finally, a little bit of a sneak preview...after talking with Jim Hall of 
the FreeDOS project, I am now underway on creating OpenGEM Release 4, which 
will be the official release of OpenGEM for FreeDOS 1.0
