i know a guy who built his using 1"square pvc pipes for the base and 1/2" round pipes for the canopy frames, used a pvc welder and some thin acrylic film to cover the canopy and regular hinges. cost maybe around $50.00 coming from home depot or lowes. its for a corsair like windscreen.<br>
