This is very nice of Boeing. However, the down side is that this<o:p></o:p></span></font></p>

style='font-size:10.0pt;font-family:Arial;color:navy'>license will cost you approx
<b><span style='font-weight:bold'>$1,000,000.- (one million dollars).</span></b>
The company paid this<o:p></o:p></span></font></p>

style='font-size:10.0pt;font-family:Arial;color:navy'>and are now successfully producing
B737-800 sims for about $7,000,000.- a pop.<o:p></o:p></span></font></p>

are on a per aircraft-version basis. If you want to produce a different<o:p></o:p></span></font></p>

you have to pay a separate fee for this. <o:p></o:p></span></font></p>

simulator for <b><u><span style='font-weight:bold'>PERSONAL USE</span></u></b> without

style='font-size:10.0pt;font-family:Arial;color:navy'>may run into problems if you
try to sell this unit openly with the Boeing/737 name attached<o:p></o:p></span></font></p>

style='font-size:10.0pt;font-family:Arial;color:navy'>on somewhere like eBay. This
then makes it <b><u><span style='font-weight:bold'>COMMERCIAL</span></u></b>. I
already know of one eBay<o:p></o:p></span></font></p>

into trouble because it was described as a 737 simulator.<o:p></o:p></span></font></p>

build a sim and take it to an exhibition, you are not allowed to have the name<o:p></o:p></span></font></p>

style='font-size:10.0pt;font-family:Arial;color:navy'>Boeing or 737 on any
labels or parts in the simulator. You can probably get around this by<o:p></o:p></span></font></p>

style='font-size:10.0pt;font-family:Arial;color:navy'>saying that the sim is a
generic twin-engined jet airliner simulator based on the B737. Most<o:p></o:p></span></font></p>

style='font-size:10.0pt;font-family:Arial;color:navy'>of the time you can get
away with using the brandnames anyway as what we mostly do is<o:p></o:p></span></font></p>

if you decide to expand and start making money out of it, remember<o:p></o:p></span></font></p>

if they are using the brandnames.<o:p></o:p></span></font></p>
