for tensioning the belt retention straps (?) that go through the pulleys mounted

parts are there. Will need to rerivet the side canvas covers - I removed
them to give them a coat of black paint to match more current ACES II seat pix
I'd seen. $20 ...because it's all in pieces. Paid some
