Sorry I haven't got around to this yet, I don't have the most useful build
environment at the moment (it's all inside VMware with no easy way of
getting files in or out). I'll grab John's modifications to the GDOS (which
remove the FCB requirement) and then make my changes to that, but if I don't
get it done by lunchtime it'll have to wait until I get out of hospital and
can use a VDU again!
