Is the software copyright DRi?, or only ADI, or both?

I'd think (opine) that if DRi then it is(was) released in ?2001. 
Of course, they (ADI) may have done (likely DID) THE translation TO Deutsch and so, have 'residual' rights.
There *was* a version 1.0? Hmm.

I aquired Admens GT V2.3 from a nice Swiss gentleman in the German language. 
In this box is also a German GEM version 2.1  
 
Several questions: 
- Why is Admens not mentioned on the Deltasoft GEM pages? 
- If someone is interested in a copy, do I have first ask ADI Software GMBH? It seems that this company does not exist under this name? 
- Searching it seems that there is also a version 1.0. Does someone has a copy?
